My Vision
Welcome to my charming studio, where movement is personal and you're truly looked after.
I'm a nationally certified pilates and barre teacher with a background working within various healthcare settings including physiotherapy and osteopathy. I've created a warm space which is all about individual attention, genuine connection and feeling great in your body.
Each session is designed to boost your energy, build confidence and help you create a new habit you actually look forward to. I utilise a variety of apparatus and tools to help you build connections and achieve your goals. A space that is supportive, fun and easy to remain consistent.

A little about me
I live and breathe movement! Through various seasons of pre/postpartum, post surgery rehab and injuries. I understand what is involved in each of these journeys.
Deeply aware of the privilege to have a functioning body that thrives when tested. I have been in the healthcare and coaching industry for many years. This is where I discovered early on, my passion for people, their stories, what makes them unique and what drives them. It is with this curiosity I strive to share my warmth, motivation, energy and knowledge with others.
